It's not always clear what input you need when you're starting a design process, especially if you're not designing room-by-room and the project feels muddled rather than methodical. That's why we offer the option to discuss your project design requirements in detail with a designer before committing to the work. This service helps you to understand what level of input you need from a designer, and offers a personalised quote to reflect that, whether it ends up being just advice on colour or layout, help with sourcing furniture, or a full interior design service.

STEP 1
After submitting a contact form, our design team will be in touch to arrange a call to discuss your project in more detail.

STEP 2
On the call, your designer will ask some more detailed questions to really understand your project and design requirements. Your designer will explain how we can help and recommend an approach on the call.

STEP 3
Following the call, your designer will email you a summary of the call and planned approach, along with a bespoke quote based on your project requirements.

STEP 4
If you are happy with the plan, we can get to work designing your dream space!

I have an idea of what colours I want but I just can't find the right one, can you help?
Of course! This is exactly the kind of thing we can help you with. Our designers will combine any ideas you've already had with their professional advice to come up with a scheme you truly love.

Can you help with multiple rooms?
Yes of course. For larger projects where there are multiple rooms to plan, we would recommending starting with one or two at the most and work from there to keep decision-making manageable. Colour schemes can be as individual as you like, but we will always aim to ensure all colour schemes feel cohesive across your home. If you would like to work with us for multiple rooms, we will provide you with an individual quote on request.

Can you send samples?
We are confident that the information in your PDF colour scheme will be clear and easy to implement straight away, however we totally understand (and in fact would recommend!) that you might want to test the colours in your space before committing to purchase paint. There are some brands we recommend where we will be able to source free peel and stick samples, however, where this is not available, we recommend sourcing samples online - many retailers stock both peel and stick samples, and tester pots.

Do you do home/site visits?
We are primarily an online studio, however, we understand that some clients prefer a more face-to-face approach. Where there is flexibility to do so, site visits may be possible for projects located in the Solihull area. These visits will incur and additional charge of £100 per visit billed separately.
