Our e-design service is our fully comprehensive, whole room design service. It is for clients who would like help with the creating the whole project design (from floor and wall finishes to decorative accessories), but would like to implement the design themselves. We work with you to visualise and create your dream space online via video calls with your final design being presented in your personalised design portfolio. You are then free to implement the design entirely at your own pace and to fit around your schedule.

STEP 1
After submitting a contact form, our design team will be in touch to arrange a call to discuss your project in more detail.

STEP 2
On the call, your designer will ask some more detailed questions to understand as much as possible about your project and the information you have already shared through the contact form.

STEP 3
Over the next two to three weeks, your designer will work on your design portfolio and will then be in touch to arrange a follow-up call to walk you through your design and talk through any queries or questions you might have at this stage.

STEP 4
Following the call, your designer will send your PDF design portfolio by email.

STEP 5
Over the next week you have the opportunity to request one set of revisions to your portfolio. Your designer will implement these and share them with you.
You will be able to contact your designer for advice for two weeks following receipt of your final design.

Do you design bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes, we would be more than happy to help you with bathroom designs. We can also work with you to design your dream kitchen through our affiliation with Naked Kitchens. currently this is the only kitchen brand we are able to design through, although we are able to refer you to other companies if you have a particular brand in mind. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Can you help with multiple rooms?
Yes of course. For larger projects where there are multiple rooms to plan, we would recommending starting with one or two at the most and work from there to keep decision-making manageable. If you would like to work with us for multiple rooms, we will provide you with an individual quote on request.

Can you send samples?
We are confident that the information in your design portfolio will be clear and easy to implement straight away, however we totally understand (and in fact would recommend!) that you might want to test the colours in your space before committing to purchase paints and fabrics. There are some brands we recommend where we will be able to source free samples, however, where these are not available, we recommend sourcing samples online yourself.

Do you do home/site visits?
We are primarily an online studio, however, we understand that some clients prefer a more face-to-face approach. Where there is flexibility to do so, site visits may be possible for projects located in the Solihull area. These visits will incur and additional charge of £100 per visit billed separately. Price is calculated at £50 per square metre, and has a minimum charge of £500 per room.

For example, a 4m x 3m room would be charged at £600. A 3m x 3m room would be charged at £500. Prices will be confirmed by your designer on receipt of your room measurements.
